Jerry is a graduate of the University of West Florida and operates Rhinehart & Associates in Panama City, FL.

He serves on the National Faculty of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors and is Director and Past President of the Tallahassee Chapter of CLU and ChFC.

Since 1986 Jerry has conducted more than 1,500 programs to insurance, CPA, attorney and HR groups on topics that range from estate planning, long-term care, life insurance, annuities, business perpetuation and health insurance.  He writes articles for various insurance trade magazines and serves as an expert witness in legal proceedings regarding life and health insurance matters.

Ray Farmer received his degree in Insurance from the University of Southern Mississippi and earned his law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.  He is a member of the State Bar of GA and a member of the Tort and Insurance Practice section as well as the Workers’ Compensation section.

Mr. Farmer served as the Deputy Insurance Commissioner of the Enforcement Division for the GA Department of Insurance and more recently Vice President for the American Insurance Association.  Ray was appointed by Governor Haley to serve as Director for the SC Department of Insurance in November, 2012.
