Drew Walker will lead a tour of the brewery at River Rat in Columbia, SC with the conversation geared towards Safety and Risks in beer production.  He will show us the brewing process but also talk about safety in the brewery, product quality assurance, risks in the brewery and customer safety.  He will have an open discussion for any questions you may have about risk or insurance in breweries.
