Risk Management Meeting at Charleston International Manufacturing Center

Charleston International Manufacturing Center is a 1,750-acre manufacturing site with deep-water access and 300 acres of developable land. The site offers existing infrastructure to clients including steam, nitrogen, compressed air, processed water, wastewater treatment, and more.
Larry Arrington, VP of Technical Operations, and Michael Cole, VP of Business Development/Director of Security & Emergency Services, of CIMC will go over the risk management techniques that are involved in running a facility of this size. Topics to include insurance planning, security, emergency response, and other related topics.
Larry Arrington
Larry Arrington is reponsible for day-to-day plant management of the CIMC. Twenty five years at CIMC managing all aspects of plant operations, including engineering, environmental, safety, security, human resources and emergency response for both CRP and tenant facilities. Prior experience includes 10-years with SCDHEC leading a specialized team responsible for regulating the DOE's Savannah River Site. Education includes Masters Degrees in Chemical and Environmental Engineering.
Michael Cole
Michael Cole was born and raised in South Carolina. Upon graduation from the University of South Carolina, Michael began a twenty-year career in hte Navy, which culminated in command of Naval Consolidated Brig Charleston. Michael has been with Cooper River Partners, LLC since February 2017 as VP Business Development. Additionally, his responsibilities include Director of Security and Emergency Services. He is an active Rotarian and serves on hte Board of Directors of Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy and Palmetto Warrior Connection.
